Three things that make your reference valuable.

  • Your entitlement: You are entitled to a qualified, benevolent employment reference covering performance and conduct.
  • The reference code: Phrases like "stets zu unserer Zufriedenheit" follow a code. What sounds friendly can be a bad grade.
  • Negotiate it as a package: With a termination or termination agreement, the reference belongs on the negotiating table, together with your severance payment.

Enforce the correction

We demand the correction. If a termination or termination agreement is running in parallel, we negotiate the reference alongside it.

You only pay if we succeed.

If the lawyers negotiate for you, we work purely success-based: if we succeed, we receive 29% of the severance payment (incl. VAT), capped at €6,000. If we do not succeed, you pay nothing. With legal expenses insurance, your insurer covers the costs.
